My name is Darrell Llewellyn McCulloch. Since 1989 I have worked alone constructing quality custom bicycle frames ("Llewellyn" marque) after ten previous years experience working for other frame builders.

The bicycle is my passion and life. I love everything about cycling, from riding for leisure, to cycle sport at the elite level.

My interest for bicycles/tricycles started at early age (not long after I was out of nappies).

My passion and drive for the crafting of high quality bicycles began during my early years as a racing cyclist. When I was 16, I started working as a bicycle mechanic and assistant to a reputable frame builder, Eric Hendren at "Hoffy Cycles". This experience reinforced my desire to pursue constructing high quality bicycles and products.

My involvement in cycle sport has seen myself participate in 12 domestic competitive seasons, two seasons racing in France followed by 6 seasons working for the "Australian Institute of Sport " as Road cycling mechanic and equipment supplier for men's and women's road teams. This involvement with the A.I.S has seen myself working in 21 different countries and working at various races such "Tour de L'Avenir" to "Le TOUR FEMININ", as well as two OLYMPIC Games and five WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS along side the worlds best professional cyclists as they seek the their best.

Even at an early age I loved tinkering with bikes!
