Custom made h/bar stems can be designed to fit exactly to your new or existing frame. To give improved ride feel I can build exact lengths and angles with custom selected tube wall thickness to match the rider size and strength and requirements.

Imported aircraft quality chrom/moly tubing is fillet brazed and hand finished to give a beautiful blended appearance. Good hand finished fillet brazing is stronger and more laborious than TIG welding, but to ensure quality and reliability this is how it should be done. 120mm stems can weigh between 135 to180 grams depending on tube selection.

The stems will also compliment your frames aesthetics with matching paint colours and with a heart shaped cutout in the handle bar clamp and stainless polished hearts on the fork clamp. Stainless steel bolts are supplied with your stem but titanium bolts can be specified.
