These training ergo's are the best training aid one can have and use. Proven in the field by the "Australian Institute of Sport " cycling teams in Australia and Europe. Used for training/testing and warm-ups at the Sydney Olympics they are far superior to wind trainers with real "On the road feel". There is a constant/smooth leg speed without the dead spot wind trainers have.

This ergo does not destroy the rear tyre like conventional wind trainers and also blows cooling air over the rider's body from behind, avoiding the chest area. Your bike drops in easily and in seconds by substituting your back wheel.
